Refunds apply to paid Infradeploy cohort seats confirmed by invoice or written enrollment confirmation. Informational website prices alone do not create a charge.
Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests inside 14 days are considered for partial refunds as described below.
A full refund of tuition is available when (a) Infradeploy cancels a cohort, or (b) you cancel at least 14 days before start and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the welcome packet.
Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive a 50% tuition refund. After the cohort begins, tuition is non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise or Infradeploy agrees in writing due to documented medical or force majeure events.
Third-party exam fees (if any), travel booked independently, and custom Assurance Circle facilitation already delivered are non-refundable. Deposit holds explicitly marked non-refundable in your agreement remain non-refundable.
Email contact@infradeploy.digital with your full name, enrollment ID, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Wire refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund.
Statutory rights that cannot be waived under Korean law take precedence over this policy. Corporate bulk agreements may include different terms stated in the signed statement of work.
